Hi @Mark Jongeling Thank for your reply! I have just created a new idea:
In the GUI we want users to filter multiple sales orders (not ‘between’ but separated different sales orders). In our old ERP this is easily done by choosing ‘in’ as our filter. In the Thinkwise GUI there are a lot of options we never use in the standard filter but we really miss this ‘in’ filter where we can fill in those order numbers. A normal sql statement would then do ‘where sales_order in (123, 567, 999, etc). I am not sure if the idea where you are working on, does also make this possible? Otherwise: should I post this as a new idea?
Hi Vincent, Roland is not available at the moment, but we use the last version (2023.1). We always try to use the current (last) version. Maybe we miss a couple of hotfixes, but not much more.Hopefully you can sort our problems out, as we get a lot of messages from the business about this. Thank you!
Does this status update from under review to open (21 days ago) mean that this will be in the next version? As around 20 people in our warehouse would love to see this added to our barcode scanning menu!
This is exactly what we are looking for! We have written a program in which we scan articles with a table scanner. In our old ERP/WMS system, a popup with the windows exclamation mark appears when an incorrect scan is scanned and we have linked a fairly loud ring sound in wav format to that exclamation mark in the windows sound settings. Is something like this possible in our Thinkwise application? We have been live with the new application since today, but users experience it as very annoying that this sound signal does not work from our Thinkwise popup (with the red cross). If this idea status is not finalized yet, do you think there is some sort of workaround, just to get some sort of a sound from Windows (like if we trigger an error of some sort that triggers a sound)?
