When I change the default active view type for the resource scheduler (extender) to ‘Full week’ (see below), the GUI adds and opens the scheduler. When I use ‘Work week’ as default, it works fine. I also downloaded the latest GUI 2022.2.15, but it has the same result. Is this a known issue?
I added the extended property ShowTitleActiveChart=Yes, to show the title in the chart. Is there a way to set the used font size (theme)? It also seems that it's not only showing the title but also the name of the application. Can we avoid this?
I would like to have more control over the detail tabs of a cube. When I select a group or a group total, the context procedure should only give the values for the group and NULL values for the other parameters. This makes it possible to control what detail tab to show.
A cube shows a pivot and chart tab. You can choose to show the default cube view type, but both tabs are always shown. Often only one presentation makes sense, but you can have more cube views to present the data in another way. When I have more cube views and I have to do this with specific screen types (pivot or chart). Then I also need variants of the same subject with a different default cube view. This will result in more detail tabs. And when I use different detail tabs, it will also retrieve the same data twice. It would be much easier if I could specify ‘Pivot table only’ or ‘Chart only' for each cube view.
I have a little C# executable to be able to print Brother labels. I use a task (type windows command) with parameters to execute it. This works fine if I use a fixed object name for the task. But now I want to be able to execute the C# executable based on the environment (DTAP). I tried this using an object name [task_name] filled as parameter in the default procedure. This works if I only fill the path to the C# executable, but the other parameters are ignored (as described in the documentation). If I also add the values of other parameters to the object name parameter [task_name], I get the message ‘The system cannot find specified file’. If I use the same command string in Windows Command, it works as expected. How could I achieve this in the SF?Could the environment automatically be replaced base on an environment variable (%environment%)? Are there better ways to solve this DTAP issues with external objects?
I have a form with 2 input columns, one with an image-combo (select a type - touch) and one to enter a value (scan). When I have selected a value from the combo box, I want to move directly to the column to scan the value. How can I achieve this? When I use the @cursor_to_col_id in the default procedure, the cursor stays in the combo box.
It is possible to add a tooltip or help text to a message translation. I want to use this to give an explanation or to show the possible reasons. How could I do this? Does the GUI support it?
I would like to have more features in the charts, for example: Running totals Moving average Trend line Regression line Secundary axis When I look at the DevEpress features, it supports a lot more than available in the SF model (e.g. series points (bar and line, with a proper legend). We should be able to model all the supported charts in the GUI (e.g. Gantt chart). Finaly, it would be great if we could select a ‘point’ or 'bar’ in a chart to show details (like we select a cell in a cube and show details).
