Rights needed in order to change dinz_iam user

In order to change a dinz_iam user (e.g. email address or login_verification), you need to be that user or you have to have admin rights. We have users (group leaders) who are responsible for a group of users. In this situation it is not possible for them to change the properties email address or login_verification. It is not a good idea to give them admin rights. So there is no work-around for this.
