More advanced filter conditions in process actionsOpen

Hello CommunityThis idea might have slight overlap with this idea:In addition to that idea (changing the operator/filter condition) i would also like the ability to determine if the filter is build with OR/AND between my conditions now if i use a filter they will always have an AND between them.  E.G i have 2 columns in my filter process action set to Input settingsThe resulting query will be Where person_from_id = 1 AND person_to_id = 1I would like to be able to generate this queryWhere person_from_id = 1 OR person_to_id = 1I dont exactly know how this needs to be presented/implemented in the GUI maybe something like this?Train conditions from factorio

Get domain definitions from opendata API

HelloI have a customer that uses the openapi/odata functionality to update reporting tools (powerBI)I however have certain fields in my tabels which are domains with elements. Is there any way to find these values from the openapi/odata calls?

Dear thinkwise We are using the Odata api to retrieve data from the thinkwise application but when we retrieve the openapi document from:https://server/indicium/sf/insights/openapiwe find it contains too much information too.Is it possible to only retrieve the information of certain endpoints/tables so we can automate the updating of the openapi definition in other application.

Await result and background tasks in universal GUI

Hi I have a task in my application that takes a long time to complete and times out in the universal GUI. Since it was part of a process flow I assumed it had to wait for the task to finish to send the user to the result of the task. Now we have decided to turn it into a background task that does not send the user anywhere and is not contained in a process flow. We switched the setting await result to “no” but it seems the universal GUI does not pick up this setting since it still opens the loading window and times out after some time. Setting in SFTask is pendingNow the only thing I can still think of is that it is a task as a menu item could that be blocking the await result option? Or does await result not work in Universal GUI if so are there any workaround i can use?

Using Oauth to send emails through office 365 SMTP

With the deprecation of basic auth for office 365 SMTP is it possible to authenticate through other means in order to send e-mails?I am currently trying to use the SMTP connector to send e-mails but keep getting -2 status codes for this action Error LOG:Process action "send_email" in processflow "flow_anne_mail_test" in application 83 threw an exception. (571360e4)System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail. Error: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, basic authentication is disabledShould i be using another connector? Or switch to another SMTP service like sendgrid?

Domains with XML as datatype only work with domain_name XML?

Hi TW forum,I noticed something interesting and would like to confirm my conclusion. I was following the guide for multirow task executionNow this requires a domain with xml datatype.When I create the domain with xml as name it all works swimmingly. But when I start using custom names for the xml domain its seems impossible to create that domain?Am I correct in understanding that a domain with xml datatype only works if it has the name ‘xml’? I tried making an anne_xml domain and could not find it in user-defined data types nor in the creation scripts.Some testing taught me that running the following code create type anne_xml from xmlgrant references on type::anne_xml to publicgoresults in the error:Cannot create alias types from an XML datatype.My conclusion its that its technically impossible and the adding of a domain for xml is just so its available in the model?Which will then translate into to the code as ‘xml’ using the build in data type xml.I think that’s a pretty cool solutio

Process flow open document filter performance

HelloI have an issue with the performance of one of my screens which is opened with a process flow.The main problem is that I want a filter to apply to the open document action before it retrieves all rows.This images might clarify my problem I was wondering if somebody had a solution/workaround which allows me to apply filters to open document actions like this?I think a possible solution in my case is to make a reference to the document I'm trying to open and just present it to the user as a detail screen then the reference columns become my filter in the WHERE condition. But I would rather just open it as a new document.

Use process flow variables as form input.

I am trying to fill a view's form within a process flow on the add row action.Let me give some contextI have a view in my application that is used to create a “klus” this view uses a process flow to achieve that goal. process flow designNow i am trying to design a new process that creates a “klus” triggered by a task on another table. Some of the values of this table i want to be present in the form on the add row action.I added a new alternate starting point for the flow that opens the view and passes the required values as process variables. I however cant seem to get them into the form.View with process_flow monitor openI have tried adding them into the input parameters of the add row process action but this does not seem to work. Task heighth rules? (windows GUI)

I am trying to understand the rules that govern the height of the task window.It seems to be determined by the total height of the first column (I think) but on this occasion it is not. Context: We are using the tasks available to us through the resource scheduler extension. In this case we are trying to enforce the correct layout for the double click appointment task. Example:This task has fields that need to be hidden/shown based on the appointment clicked (type of appointment, state of appointment etc...)In our “standard” state our task looks like thisTask in natural stateNow we also have a “ready/definitive state” for our appointments this means certain actions are no longer available. So we hide them. Now our result suddenly looks like this result of hiding the 2 fieldsNow our 5th field suddenly jumps to the next column pushing all the fields further and further. None of the fields on the left have the checkmark next column. My question is:What determines this behaviour and how is

DeleteAppointmentTaskScheduler (resource scheduler extender) index out of range

Hello,I am implementing a resource scheduler and am using the extended property “DeleteAppointmentTaskScheduler” to delete appointments which works quite nice.However when i press the delete key when no appointment has been selected I get an index out of range error. Is there any way to prevent this error?Thanks in advance

Resource Scheduler And Process Flows

Hello I am implementing a resource scheduler and was wondering if it was possible to use the tasks defined in the resource_scheduler_extender as starting points for process flows. I have it sort of working when i use the process action start table task but it seems that my layouts and defaults then do not trigger for the starting task.  Is this normal behaviour for process flows or is it because of it being use in the scheduler?There is of course a workaround by makeing the starting task empty and linking to new tasks from there but i wonder if there is special behaviour concerning the scheduler and process flows.Greets Anne

Parameters for messages universal GUI.

Hi,In the windows GUI I can use the following method to show parameters in a message as long as these parameters also exists as process variables in the same process flow as the messageTranslation for message Process variables Censored filled parameterBut when the same message shows up in the universal GUI I get nothing: No filled parameterIs this feature not available in the universal GUI or om am I missing some crucial step. Is there a workaround?

SVG icons in domain not inverting their color.

A pretty nice feature of .svg images in the universal GUI is that they automatically adjust their color for readability. Top original imageBottom image while attached to a taskI was wondering why the color adjustment does not seem to happen when I use the image as a domain element icon (maybe its just grids in general). Image used as a domain element iconDomain element icon settingsIs there any way to achieve the svg color readability adjustment in a grid like this?

Http connector not working in universal GUI

Azure default pricing tier setting

When creating a new azure database from the creation menu it's automatically created in the highest pricing tier. This is since the Create database query uses the default gen5 tier.There seems to be no way to set a default pricing tier in azure.
