Maps shows gray on customer location

I am using the Maps component, but when I open the location, the map keeps gray. Sometimes, just before the gray block, less than a second something blue is appearing but then it goes to gray.This functionality does work when I use the application outside of their network it does show the data. However I want to find out where the application is being blocked.How can I best approach this problem?

Dynamic report

I would like to generate dynamic Crystal Reports, where the customer (not the client which runs the application) can put the RPT files somewhere on disk, and via the Thinkwise Universal API I would like to run that RPT with passing parameters given in the API and save the pdf somewhere. I does not need to open the report itself in the application.For now I need to upload my RPT file in the Software factory and do a deploy each time. This is not realistic as the customer has their own developer and has about 1k reports do change

Additional Generated session variables for Windows GUIOpen

Error whilst previewing Outlook

I have a screen where people can add attachments. In this case an '.msg’ file has been added. When clicking on the row, the following error comes up: This does not happen on all computers where the application is used.This is the screentype we have created for this part of the screen, which contains the 'Preview component’ to show the content.The error does not show up when other files are being used, for example a .png file.On the computers which have this problem Outlook is installed, also the preview in Windows Explorer does work: I suspect the customer has prevented the use of some files which Thinkwise needs to preview this type of files, but I don't know what files is needs.How can I solve this problem, of where do I need to look to find the solution?

Win vs Universal Task parameter

Hello,I am trying to upgrade my applications to the Universal GUI, however when testing I am experiencing the following problem.I have a screen, which has parameters which are dependent on each other. In this case, I first need to choose a 'Gebouw’ (facility), after that, the related Naar ruimte: (area) can be chosen based on the chosen facility. So when I choose 114. It will only show the area's in that facility:The area which has been chosen also should be not a 'usage_area’. The tsf_user function is not inlineable at this moment. When using this function in a heavy query, it will not be executed parallel as you can see in the images below. When I have configured a StartupProcedure in the extended properties 2 parameters are needed (@project_id and @message).Is it possible to know what version is starting up in that Stored Proc?

Start process via Indicium

Hello,I have created a process flow which does the following steps:Execute task. This task will execute a stored proc to insert a request with the details. Read files + write files: The task will validate if a file is already there, if not, it will create a file and will wait for an anwer file. When that file is placed, it will read the content of that file Execute task process result. The task will execute a stored proc with the contents of the answer file to update the record which has been created in the first task Delete answer files.This works properly when running it in the Windows GUI.I have an external program, which needs the same functionality. My idea was to make this process available through Indicium, however when I try to test it, it gives a status 201 Created as return, but nothing has happened (not even the first task). Process flow not working when enabling API

I have a processflow which starts when I execute a task named 'request_reactir’.An external application also needs access to this functionality, so I wanted to make it available with Indicium. However, when I enable API, the task will not start the process anymore.Should I make a copy of the process flow for external usage of am I doing something wrong?

Combined filter on date

I'm having a screen with a date on it. The date in SQL is formatted yyyy-MM-dd. However when I need to search in the screen, I need to format it that way.Is there a way to make sure the user can put in dd-MM-yyyy and the search will be good?On date:On database date I tried a calculated field, however that search cannot make use of my index on date, so that won't perform good.

Error when opening report

Once in a while I get the following message when starting up the applications. I was told I need to recycle the Indicium App Pool.Just did, but the error keeps on displaying. Crystal reports editing

We have a customer which does the maintainance of the reports (Crystal Reports). Since the reports are included in the database, he is not able to edit the reports and replace them in the file location.Is there a way to upload one specific report in the IAM, or does it need a full deploy from our side?

tsf_send_message in Indicium Mobile App in task stops default

I'm experiencing the problem in the Indicium Mobile App (and also in the Simulator) where my default is not updating the GUI when I'm using a tsf_send_message in the SQL.I'm having a task which does a calculation and shows the result in a tekstbox in the task. Based on that number, the user can execute the task.When the user changes the 'Aantal pakketten’, the calculation will be done:However, in the default, (after the calculation), there is a check which calculates if the amount is too high, ig so, it gives a message:When this occurs, then message shows up as expected:However, the numbers which are updated before (the Aantal palletten and Aantal stuks), are not updated anymore:Am I doing something wrong?

Columns not recognised after deploy IAM

I'm having a problem after synchronising a new version of our product to the customer where it looks that new added columns are not known for some users. Some other users don't have that problem.The problem is visible, because the layout procedure gives an error:Stored procedure “lat_product” genereerde een fout bij het afleiden van de parameters InformationNew columnsHowever, this is only happening with some users. Domain progressbar control

Is it possible in the control 'progress bar’, to don't show the 0% if the value of the column is NULL? I would like to show the progress bar, however when the value is NULL, there should not be a progress bar. When the value 0-100 is used, it should be shown.

Hello, I am trying to configure the Offfice365 Exchange connector. When I've gone though the steps of the manual (https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/kb/exchange.html), and I run the SP: exh_sync_users, error 522 shows up.
