Hello Roel, I have started the RPC spool through Windows Service. After half a day the standard Window printers was showing and the message didn't show anymore.
The action will be executed without the use of the proces flow functionality. This leaves me one option i guess, deleting the file in a stored procedure. And since the process action 'delete file' can't be called upon from within the procedure is have to build this myself. Can you confirm this?
Hi Erik, I only see the option to read, write, move of delete a file. No option to open the file.
For windows the solution of creation a Windows command tasks works.
We still see the same result after a few days. Is there a specific account the web-service uses to preview documents?
Thanks Erik, this was the answer we needed. We will use this information and communicate this to our third party.
Is the answer not in your question? It used to be posseble to make a dummy-task as starting point for a prosess flow. From there you can open a new document and perhaps apply filtering based on the record you had selected at the start. I want to use the Import function (GUI) we have available in the Ribbon.
No @Moller Toma
Hi Raj, I expect the service account to access the file from the file-system indeed. Is the Web GUI able to show the uploaded image in the GUI at all? In the upload control of the form for example? Then you know it's not an issue due to access rights. Regards, Erik When i use the dowload button we do get the file in our download folder. Does this mean the difference between Web and Windows has to be investigated by you, or are there other parts we might want to look at.

Hi Erik, i created issue 72672 in TCP. Are there any updates yet? We need this to work because our customer only uses the Web GUI.
