Validation ‘Reference columns do not correspond with the key of the source table’

ZIP process action not working

I've got it working on Indicium 2022.2.16.2. The file path is still the same. “\\twisodev01.isodev.loc\ThinkWise_Software\Applicaties\EVO\Generated scripts\GEN_AUTOMATIC_SMART_PACKAGE\1.01\Deploy\”The storage location for the process action is “\\twisodev01.isodev.loc\ThinkWise_Software\Applicaties\EVO\Generated scripts\”. Zip file inputAt first I was confused because I couldn't find the created .zip file. But after reading the documentation more carefully I came to the conclusion no file will be created: Zip file outputSo I added a ‘Write file’ connector to create the .zip file (by using the binary) on a different storage location.Zip folder to binary and write zip file to a storage locationWrite file input

Hi @Erwin Ekkel,this is the complete path: “\\twisodev01.isodev.loc\ThinkWise_Software\Applicaties\EVO\Generated scripts\GEN_AUTOMATIC_SMART_PACKAGE\1.01\Deploy\”.However I don't think folders can be ‘absolute’ paths.

Hi Mark,when the task is added to a menu the process flow seems to work when executing via the Windows GUI. However, after syncing to IAM and posting to the task via Insomnia a 500 error returns.The Indicium Universal log shows this entry:2021-04-08T14:58:54.4877187+02:00 0HM7L0TGG6E3I:00000003 [ERR] TSFMessagesMiddleware: An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request. Hi Mark,all parameters are indeed Hidden. That includes the PK parameters.I can understand why this can be problem: Because the parameters are hidden Indicium Universal will mark them as unauthorized. So the service layer has no knowledge of the parameters.I’ll test this by changing the PK to editable and synchronizing to IAM.

Hi Mark,are you referring to this? https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/indicium/process_flows.html#13-api-triggerThis means I can create a simple process flow (send_e_mail) with a task as the starting point. From my original process flow the HTTP connector will post to Indicium Universal but then to the task. The body will be filled with the PK values. According to the documentation this will trigger the process flow because the task is the starting point of a process flow.Is the process flow (called by the HTTP connector) still executed as the application pool user? (in this case the authentication I put into the HTTP input parameters) If so, I believe this may be able to work.I'm going to try this suggestion soon.

Hi Mark,what do you mean with ‘calling a starting point’? The starting point of the send_e_mail process flow / system flow (no user interaction) is an Application Connector.And as far as I know tasks are still not supported in system flows (even without a schedule). Everything we want to do on the database (like executing task or procedures) must be done via an Application Connector.

Process flow application connector not working via an API call

Hello Vincent,after some more debugging I figured out that the JSON result is different. Our process procedure couldn't extract the values of the JSON result. DB connector JSON result:Our code that extracted the JSON result:Application connector JSON result:Our new code that extracted the new JSON result:As you can see the application connector has an extra ‘resultSet’ container. With the new code for extracting the JSON result our system flow works.However we do see errors in the Indicium Universal log about the read_file_connector. Our looping mechanism in the read file connector has an empty file_path as the initial input value. The process procedure behind the process action will loop trough a table with linked documents and fills the file path each time untill the last document is reached and the process step to ‘Stop’ is activated.Is there a way to prevent this first file_path error?

Process flow application connector not working via an API call

Hello Vincent,I've applied every suggestion.1. Added debug code to the existing process procedure. We see that the json_result stays empty.2. Checked the Indicium logs. No related errors found.3 and 4. Used a dummy task to start the process flow via the WinGUI (with Indicium (Basic)). The process flow monitor then showed a -100 status code for the application connector. Our process flow now looks like this: Are we using the application connector wrong? Is it even necessary to use an application connector when calling the process flow as an API? Can the application connector be a starting point of a process flow?

Default values in GUI functionality ‘import/update’Closed

Hi Jasper,that's really nice to hear. If I understand correctly the default expressions (for system_company_id and system_adminstration_id) will be executed during import/update and we will be able to use the system_company_id in a look-up selection (where system_company_id is part of the PK)?I'm in doubt because a normal 'default constraint' on a table column is only filled when inserting (insert statement) or updating (update statement) a record. Hi Jasper, we've already applied the solution to an image upload domain but we also like to change multiple existing filesystem uploads to database storage. Does the SF automatically convert filesystem files to a database storage varbinary field? If not, is there an easy way to do this? I’m assuming that Thinkwise (PI) also applied a method to convert every SF image to database storage in the transition to SF 2020.2.

Deleting multiple rows as a setMerged

Hi René, a developer is implementing the multirow task execution as we speak.It works really well but is indeed difficult to explain to end users. In this case all other screens use the default delete function and this particular screen needs/gets a task. Maybe the task could replace the default delete function without showing the task button? Or the task could start when pressing ‘CTRL + -’...

Hiding expression fields via a layout procedure is no longer possible

Add a default constraint on (trace) columns

Hi Jasper, for example: The table product has a product_id as PK and resource_id as FK. In the insert trigger of product a record must be inserted into the table resource. After the resource is created the resource_id column must be updated to the product table. In the update trigger of product a gross price must be created using the resource_id from the product table. If the update on the trace columns is prior to the insert (and update) of the resource_id column then the update trigger will fail because resource_id will be empty while creating a gross price.
