In the SF functionality screen if you have a filter active on the templates screen and switch rows in the control procedure screen the filter will still be active on templates. It makes no sense for the filter to still be active since in most cases the search was based on the previous control procedure.
Please clear the filter on any detail screens (template, assigning etc) when switching the main rows on control procedure.
